Transfers to Terminal

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Your car keys will then be retained by a member of the Prestige staff and you will be provided with a receipt for your car. At this point, you can proceed to the terminal on foot.
Departure: When you arrive back at East Midlands airport, pick up the dedicated Prestige telephone outside the arrivals hall and let Prestige know you're back. This will allow them time to prepare your vehicle for collection.
